Keto Dinner Roundup

January 8, 2020 By Kara 10 Comments

Are you ready to meal plan smarter? Meal planning is probably one of the most popular resolutions for a new year. People want to eat healthier and have to dedicate the time to prep their fresh produce and plan out their meals in advance. If you are going low-carb or keto this year, try adding one of these delicious keto dinners to your calendar. From pizza to wings to soups and ribs, eating low-carb can be relatively easy if you know what ingredients to avoid.

I have noticed that bacon is used a lot in Keto, I am not a fan of the taste. Is there a substitute? I have made the Spinach artichoke chicken casserole, super yummy and filling.

I tend to shy away from dinner altogether. It seems that I can never really make all of my kids happy and I’ve learned to actually dread dinner time. Though I can’t see me literally planning ahead, some of these recipes look pretty good but since we are vegetarian, I would just substitute the meat for a vegetarian or vegan alternative. Thankfully there are a lot of alternatives out there in stores so that cooking vegetarian is easy again. I think I would like to try the lasagna one that doesn’t have noodles. That looked pretty good.

You had me at soup! I’m going to try the bacon broccoli cheese soup. The cheesesteak stuffed peppers sound amazing as well. Glad I’m not hungry right now! Otherwise I would be running to the store right now to make these. I am excited to give my husband this list and let him pick something for me to make.
