If your mornings are anything like ours, time is of the essence. My boys definitely like to sleep as late as possible. They jump out of bed, get dressed, brush their teeth and head for the car. I always have to intercept them with a hair brush in one hand and a breakfast smoothie in the other!

I would love to share with you our favorite protein packed smoothie recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Simply Truth frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup Simply Truth fresh spinach
- 1 cup Simply Truth almond milk, unsweetened
- 2 tbsp. Simply Truth natural almond butter
- 1 packet vanilla Carnation Breakfast Essentials
DIRECTIONS:
- Add all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend on high until combined.
- Serve immediately.
I love how easy this recipe is with minimal ingredients. If you notice there is no added ice or water to dilute the flavor or nutrients. Because no ice is used, be sure that the blueberries are frozen!
